I reached out to Noah at the beginning of the year because my body had been feeling weaker and increasingly easier to tire out. I was getting through my days just dealing with aches and pains as a constant side effect of physical labor work and never having enough energy to do more than the minimum of living. Noah took the time to understand what I was looking for, take into account of my movement abilities, and tailored workouts to help me get started and maintain physical activity as a routine in my life.
He was able to give immediate feedback on my form to check that I wouldn’t hurt myself while learning new movements and give thorough explanations about body mechanics. In between sessions, he checked in to see if I need any additional support and to give positive affirmation for motivation. This was especially helpful as I was going to into 7-day work weeks and needed to start exercising on my own.
Even when he was away, I felt taken care of as he put together workouts that were easy to follow and maintain while still checking in when he could. I definitely feel better when I wake up in the morning now, and noticed the increased energy levels. I’m finding rest more restorative when I sleep and a lot of my previous aches and pains have subsided. This has also affected my mental health positively as it’s allowed me to release stress and tension through movement. It’s been easier to make choices that are better for me physically and mentally. These improvements have helped motivate me to continue taking care of myself and Noah’s been great to work with in helping me get into a habit of regularly exercising.
